Shelters & Gazebos
Picnic shelters are located at Fairfield Park, Holloway Park, Emma Webb Park, Bill Fay Park, Barnet Park, and the Neuseway Nature Park.
Gazebos are located at Harvey Gardens and Pearson Park.
Park hours are dawn to dusk or until park sanctioned activities are complete.
Facilities are reserved on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved in person through the administrative office, which is located upstairs in the Kinston Community Center.
